Born in 1958, Tommy Jackson has now been smithing silver for decades. He has won countless awards for his work. He has also taught and mentored many other Navajo smiths over the years.
This stunning bracelet shows Tommy's impeccable channel inlay work. The "channel" is the silver portion which separates the mosaic tiles and contains it within portions of the overall mosaic. These are warm earth tones that give this piece a distinctive look and the wide width makes this a very special composition. The brown portion is jasper, the creamy ivory is Wild Horse (magnesite from Utah) and the black is jet. Impeccably made and polished to smoothness.
Attention! Inlay bracelets cannot be bent to alter their size; not even a little. This has a perfect one-inch gap for the size bracelet it is (5 1/4" terminal to terminal) and this should only be purchased by someone who has measured his or her wrist and knows it measures 6" to 6 1/4".
