Rose Martin is a prolific Navajo beadmaker. Like most Navajo silversmiths who make beads, she only makes beads. The diversity of her work lies in the various sizes of beads, whether they are simply highly polished, or stamped as well.

This is a strand of graduated handmade Sterling beads. The smallest beads on the strand are 11 mm. in diameter and the largest center bead is 20 mm. in diameter. These unstamped beads are buffed to a high polish. The strand is finished at the catch with Sterling cones. The beads are strung on fine stainless steel chain for durability and long life. The earrings each consist of two stacked beads.
