We've carried beads made by Michelle's aunt, Lillie Jameson, for a few years. Michelle was introduced to us in late 2010 and we bought our first beads from her. She makes the finest beads you'll ever see.
Readily apparent in this strand of handmade Sterling beads is the artistry and flawless execution of Michelle's beadmaking. First, she uses a heavier gauge silver than almost anyone else in making her beads. But the judgment of fine beadmaking lays in the ridge where the two halves of the bead come together; this is where the beads are soldered. Michelle's work is impeccable; nary a solder mark, or bump or roughness. She finished these off with a high polish.
