Jerald Tahe is the son of Emerson Bill and Nora Tahe Bill and he makes bracelets in the style that his father pioneered and then taught his mother to make. His work is every bit as detailed and exacting as that of his parents. Some of his bracelets are deep-stamped in one layer of silver while others are overlaid pieces consisting of two layers of silver soldered togeher for extra thickness.
This bracelet is done in overlay technique; a base layer of sheet silver with an overlaid layer from which the design is cut and then soldered to the base layer. In this technique, the top layer's design is sculpted with a cold chisel. This cuff is made with two layers of Sterling and is so thick that it is absolutely indestructible. This is the rare piece by Jerald that has been finished with a high polish.
Hallmarked J TAHE and stamped STERLING inside the cuff.
