This necklace by Navajo silversmith Geneva Apacheto consists of four graduted-length strands of antiqued Sterling beads strung in combination. The strands consist of fluted and smooth Sterling beads which form a necklace that is designed so that the shortest strand with the smallest beads is the inside strand of the necklace and the longest strand with the largest beads is the outside strand. Handmade, stamped cones gather the strands at the catch. A four-inch extension chain is attached to the necklace to allow for additional adjustment to the length of the necklace. As can be seen in the photos, the extension chain is further decorated by the inclusion of Sterling beads.
Hallmarked Geneva G.A. and stamped Sterling on the top of the cones.
Length: 24" + 4" chain
