This is a new design of Darrel's introduced in the first quarter of 2007. The rectangular buckle is decorated by deep, precise stampwork with appliquées of Navajo Yei'bi'chai dancers and a Pueblo sunface further decorating its surface (learn more about the Yei'bi'chai). In addition to the Yei dancers and sunface, Darrel also added appliquées of teepees and arrows in flight. At the center of this buckle is a beautiful, thick-cut oval of natural, untreated Royston turquoise from Nevada set in a straight-edged bezel. The execution of the smithing techniques is superb. Pay attention to the dimensions of this buckle; it is a bit larger than the others we are showing by Darrel in this style.
This belt buckle is made to fit a one-inch width belt. This is an important detail of the styling and not to be overlooked.
Hallmarked "D. Cadman" and stamped "Sterling" with a ram's head on back.
