Andy Cadman and his brother Darrel are half-brothers of renowned smiths Gary (deceased) and Sunshine Reeves. These smiths first learned their trade from David Reeves (Gary and Sunshine's full-brother who is now deceased). The Cadman brothers and the Reeves brothers, therefore, share a common element of apprenticeship and exhibit certain similarities in their work.
This wide cuff is set with a perfect, glassy oval of natural, untreated Royston turquoise from Nevada. This turquoise is extremely fine-grained and polished to lustrous smoothness. Set in a smooth bezel wrapped with twist wire, the stone is framed by soft curved S-shaped appliquées accented by starred buttons and twisted square wire scrollwork. The cuff is deep-stamped by Andy's handmade stamps while the edge of the cuff is scalloped. This is a beautiful Traditional Revival bracelet set with a large stone of premium Nevada turquoise.
