This is one of Andy's "thunderbird" bracelets suggesting the silverwork of the twenties and thirties when thunderbird appliquées were common features of the era's tourist jewelry. This bracelet is set with a thick oval stone of natural, untreated lapis lazuli from Afghanistan. This bracelet has a sculpted-edge cuff highlighted by scallop stamping along the edges near the stone and grooved horizontal stampwork near the terminals. Starred buttons mark the intermediate directions around the stone.
Hallmarked A. CADMAN and stamped Sterling inside the cuff behind the stone.
