This is a classic stamped Sterling barrette set with a perfect oval of natural Turquoise Mountain turquoise flanked by starred buttons. This is the size barrette which is used to gather a portion of the hair in back and highlight this gathered hair streaming down the center of the back. This has the classic French-made pressure hinge barrette clip on back.

Hallmarked "A JAKE" and stamped "Sterling" on back.
