Albert Jake was born in 1959 at Zuni Pueblo in New Mexico. He has been smithing silver for over fifteen years. Albert is renowned for the precise detail and execution of his work and for the fine natural stones which he always employs in his pieces. This uniform-width row bracelet is set with a sensational combination of purple and red spiny oyster. Each piece of spiny oyster is set in a straight-edged bezel. The center rectangle is wrapped with twist wire and raindrops are interspersed between the shell settings to add sparkle. The cuff is deep-stamped to the gap at the terminals. This is a rich and colorful wrap of spiny oyster. Hallmarked "A. Jake" and stamped "Sterling" on the inside.
