Albert Jake Dry Creek Turquoise Pendant

Navajo silversmith Albert Jake was born in 1959 at Zuni Pueblo in New Mexico. He has been smithing silver for over fifteen years. Albert is renowned for the precise detail and execution of his work and for the fine natural stones which he always employs in his pieces.

This three-stone pendant is set with soft blue stones of natural, untreated Dry Creek turquoise from Nevada. Radiating grooved stampwork marks the edges surrounding the stones.
Erma Arviso's Sterling beadsof 8 mm. diameter are just right with this.

Hallmarked "A JAKE" and stamped "Sterling" on back.

Stones: top 1" x 11/16"; middle 3/4" x 9/16"; bottom 3/4" x 1/2"

Dimensions of pendant (excluding jump ring & bale): 2 9/16" x 1 1/2"

Total hang: 3 3/8"
